This movie is about love and war. I didn’t cry when I watched it. May be I used to have a sad story about my love.

Hahahahaha. You did not get the central idea behind the movie. Let me spell it out by repeating what the Brits said of the Yankees who arrived during WW2 to help them fight:
Overpaid
Oversexed
And over here.
Rich Americans running after all the English ladies in town. Looking for love in all the wrong places. Looking for love in too many faces.
American guys want to . . .
If they cannot get that, then they want to have fun. Does not matter if there is a war going on. Fight hard, play hard. Welcome to America. Welcome to American men.
Remember what happened at the dance when a black guy tried to dance with a white girl. Discrimination. A characteristic of America at that time.
Many more. Many more.
